Welcome to Proxelytics. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of Proxelytics's Website and Proxy Infrastructure Services.

By accessing this website and utilizing our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Proxelytics if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. License and Service Usage

Subject to these Terms, Proxelytics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our proxy infrastructure for your internal business purposes.

You must not use our services to:

• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Launch DDoS attacks, distribute malware, or engage in unauthorized vulnerability scanning.
• Commit credit card fraud, ad fraud, or any form of financial manipulation.
• Bypass rate limits or access controls of target websites in a manner that violates their terms of service.
• Resell, sub-license, or redistribute our proxy endpoints without an explicit Reseller Agreement.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (API keys, username, passwords). Proxelytics will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

3. Billing, Bandwidth, and Payments

• Our services are billed based on bandwidth consumption (per GB) or flat-rate monthly subscriptions, depending on your chosen plan.
• All payments are non-refundable unless specifically stated in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Bandwidth is calculated at the network edge, including both inbound and outbound traffic overhead.
• If you exceed your plan's bandwidth allocation, overage charges may apply or your service may be temporarily suspended until you upgrade.

4. IP Quality and Availability

While we strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime and high IP quality, the nature of residential proxies means that individual IP availability fluctuates. We do not guarantee access to specific IPs or subnets. Our system automatically rotates and provisions the best available IPs for your requests.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns for abuse. Proxelytics may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Proxelytics, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
