Q. How is bandwidth calculated?
Bandwidth is calculated based on the total data transferred through our proxy nodes (both upstream and downstream). We only charge for successful requests. If a proxy node fails to connect to your target, that bandwidth is not deducted from your balance.
Q. Do unused GBs roll over to the next month?
If you are on a Pay-as-you-go plan, your bandwidth never expires as long as your account is active. For monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business), bandwidth resets at the beginning of each billing cycle and does not roll over.
Q. Are there concurrency limits?
No. We do not restrict the number of concurrent threads or connections you can make, regardless of your plan. You are free to scale your scraping operations as wide as you need.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
